Gold contact toggle switches increase long term reliability
The 613D and
613D-SS vehicle detector/ receivers provide inductively coupled
communication, LoopComm™, through a standard roadway loop
from a vehicle transmitter (Model 600A). The ruggedly built
600A transmitter is uniquely designed to attach to the underside
of a vehicle and connect to the vehicle electrical system. Coded
radio frequency messages are
transmitted from the 600A and received by the Model 613D for vehicle
identification and/ or control purposes. The 613D and 613D-SS are
capable of functioning simultaneously as both normal inductive loop
vehicle
detectors and receivers for vehicle detection.
Automatic Vehicle
Identification (AVI) applications include VIP vehicle access, emergency
vehicle access, door and gate activation, traffic signal preemption,
bus priority systems, highway sign activation, and maintenance vehicle
location systems.
