Product Support (Technical Assistance)
Technical assistance is available from our Technical Support Department
for Data Recorders, detectors, and tolling systems
during the hours of 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time (ET), Monday
through Friday, excluding major US holidays. Please use the contact
information provided below, and tell the operator that you are calling
about an intersection control device. Also provide relevant system
or model information you are calling about.

Repair Returns
Equipment requiring repair may be returned to Peek Traffic after
first receiving a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number from
the call center. An RMA can be obtained by calling the Technical
Support Department during normal business hours as described above.
A fax or email can be sent at any time and will be responded to
as soon as possible.
An RMA sheet will be faxed or emailed to you for
inclusion with the returned item. Please attach one of the tags
to the returned unit. Also attach one of the tags to the outside
of the shipping container.
Return Material Authorization
To return equipment to Peek Traffic for repair or credit, Peek Traffic
requires that you have a Return Material Authorization number. This
number is issued by Peek Traffic Technical Support Representatives.
You can have an RMA issued by phone, fax or email. You will need
the following information when requesting an RMA:
Model Number ex. ADR2000
Serial Number ex. 1234-001
Date of Manufacture ex. 3May2002; May 3, 2002; 5/3/2002 etc

Repair Status
To check the status of an item that has already returned for repair
under an issued RMA, call one of the numbers below:

Credit Returns
Equipment being returned for credit must be pre-approved by Peek
Traffic sales department prior to return. Once Sales have authorized
a return for credit, a RMA sheet will be sent for inclusion with
the equipment. Please attach one of the tags to the returned unit.
Also attach one of the tags to the outside of the shipping container.
